Our Story

MTI Ambulance was established by a team of healthcare and EMS professionals who saw a gap in consistent, patient-centered ambulance services in Southern California. With backgrounds in emergency care, logistics, and community health, we created MTI with a clear goal: to offer responsive, respectful, and professional medical transportation tailored to the unique needs of our diverse Los Angeles population.

What began with a single ambulance and a handful of dedicated EMTs has now grown into a robust fleet and a tightly-knit team proudly serving communities throughout Los Angeles County and beyond.
